We want you to ride with confidence, which is why we offer a 15-day return window for all unused e-bikes in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping fees and a restocking fee may apply to ensure your high-performance gear is processed correctly.

Return Process

  Initiate the Request

  Contact our support team within 15 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the bike's current condition.

• 2.
  Receive Authorization

  Once reviewed, our team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the designated return shipping address.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the e-bike in its original factory box, including all batteries, chargers, keys, and manuals originally provided.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our technicians inspect the unit for damage or wear, your refund will be processed to your original payment method minus applicable fees.
