What is the average range of a Cyrusher e-bike on a single charge?
Most Cyrusher models offer a range between 30 to 50 miles depending on the battery capacity, terrain, rider weight, and the level of pedal assist used.
How long does shipping take and is assembly required?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days with delivery taking 3-7 business days via FedEx or UPS. Bikes arrive 90% pre-assembled; you will only need to install the front wheel, handlebars, and pedals using the provided toolkit.
Do you offer a warranty on your electric bikes?
Yes, every Cyrusher e-bike comes with a 2-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects in the frame, motor, battery, and controller.
What is your return policy for e-bikes?
We offer a 15-day return policy for unused bikes in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged.
Are Cyrusher e-bikes waterproof for riding in the rain?
Our bikes are IP65 water-resistant, meaning they can handle light rain and splashes. However, we do not recommend riding in heavy downpours or submerging the electrical components in water.
What payment methods do you accept and do you offer financing?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Google Pay. We also offer flexible financing options through Klarna and Affirm, allowing you to pay in monthly installments.
